Nash is older. Metta and Pau are not far off. Lakers are indeed an old team. not just that, but the lakers only young players are total scrubs that won't play 5minutes per game, other than that they do have meeks who wasn't a good enough sg to warm the bench in philly and hill a tipical pf scrub that can't make a ft.. not surprising they're the slowest team in the league by far.
