I was in the insurance business, you get 8% of your renewals. So every year somebody renews their policy you sold them , BOOM!..8%.

My brother in law who was a district manager for Federal Life & Casualty got me in tye business right after I got out of the navy, I spent five years selling health insurance to those who subscribed to California Farmer Magazine. You had to have put in so many months to gain the right to keep the renewals. I quit the business after making that qualification. Then went to work for another company, but I still had those renewals coming in. Now I've retired from that union job, so I have that pension, early SS and my wife makes around 40 grant a year. So $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is no problem and never wil be.
