I used AVS video converter to break down the huge files into chapters then mixed it in Windows Live Movie Maker (trying to find an easy alternative software that reads .flv and .mkv files) I think that's what caused choppiness. Also some were 540p, 720p, and I think 1080p. Windows Live Movie Maker is user friendly but I'm not patient enough with the bugs.

Tried getting it, I think the choppiness problem is a combination of WindowsLMM and .wmv. Dot avi might be the best option in the future.
