Barry and Susan both black AND Dems, Repugs wanna string both them n!gg@s up!
Folks, as re ed as this sounds, don't think it's not somewhat of a mainstream perception of the left.
Darrin answers the dog whistle once more.
Only for idiots like Boutons. Most left-wing individuals I know are reasonable, ordinary people who are just like me with the exception of views on a very few political issues. The only crazy people I tend to know, both left and right, are not people that I know personally, but faceless people that post crap on internet forums or crazy people defined in various articles and blogs posted on the web. I am not saying they don't exist. I am saying that most of us could not name more than a hand full of people that we would actually deem crazy.
Once more, Chump responds to one of my posts like Pavlov's dog.
Sorry, I already used the dog analogy.
It's not a mainstream view. You're just hypersensitive to the racial angle because you are fairly obsessed with race.
Look at the le of this thread -- but I'M the hypersensitive one.![]()
Yeah, your hypersensitivity to race made you declare boutons' view to be mainstream.
Two wrongs make hilarity.

And to think I almost voted for McCain.. McCAin confronted with the fact that he supported Condi for SOS even after her claims about wmds in 2002 were proven false... McCain answered "4 Americans died and that is the difference".. ANderson Cooper then came back said "thousands of people died and the GOP never once brought up the false statements as a reason to block her nomination.. this is proof that this circus is purely political..
hey Repugs!
"What about the Jobs?"
that you asked Barry about in 2010? How many jobs bills have you passed?
My fear is that Obama will not allow any room for the republicans to say yes. At present he seems bent to drive right over the cliff if he doesn't get 100% of what he wants. Make no doubt he will do this without batting an eye. A healthy economy has never been on the top of his list. Right or wrong, this is just the way he sees things. Hope is dimming that this is only posturing.
"if he doesn't get 100% of what he wants."
which has been OK when it was/is the Repugs' game, going back to Gingrich shutting down the govt.
In politics, the norm is to posture in front of the camera, and negotiate behind closed doors. No one ever gets 100%. The problem now is the posturing that goes on in front of the camera is the negotiation.
I must admit I am curious. How far left do some of you want this thing to go. Do you want a one party system? Do you want everyone to make the same income? Do you want everyone to wear the same clothes, eat the same food? do you want religion to be outlawed? How far does it have to go before you say wait a minute and pull back right. Where is your limit?
"How far left do some of you want this thing to go"
I want to stand pat. No change SS, Medicare, Medicaid benefits to citizens.
Easy to tell the suckers that live off the government.
Easy to tell the richies who think everybody else are moochers.
The rhetoric makes you think you might be from different planets, but when you cut to the chase you find that you essentially want the same thing. No problem wanting health care, except that it costs too much. No problem wanting ss, afterall it is an earned or invested en lement.
So the solutions go back to leaving the ss fund alone to do what it is suppose to do and to reducing health care costs.
No, I don't think everybody else are moochers but the ones like you are pretty damn easy to spot.
As always, you're wrong.
Speaking of spotting, you're pretty damn easy spot as a greedy, braggart richie not wanting to pay his fair share.
@ "fair share" ing bot.
