I feel bad for him although I'm glad he's no longer the Lakers' problem. He's entering Oden territory now.

at least he's an expiring contract and he's not likely gonna get paid 39m for doing basically nothing in 2yrs time, its quite an irony when such a thread is started by a rockets or blazers fan tbh

Poor Phili. What do they do now? Bynum is in the last year of his contract.

When the Lakers made the trade, I said Bynum was never going to be able to play basketball again.

I thought I was joking, tbh.

Philly deserves this. Why the would anyone be involved in a trade to get Bynum when the whole world knew about his injuries.

Why would ANY team ever agree to ANY trade with the Lakers?

It would be the same as giving up an all-star or two-right now- for Oden.

Now that we've ed over Orlando and Philly...It's time we revisit the Pau to Houston talks...you dumb s could help us land J. Smith by giving Atlanta some young picks and prospects and taking Pau off our hands...or we could keep him....

I was also stunned to read "bowling", but the Players Union got the owners to fall for it.
Unreal. If I'm paying a guy millions a year he ain't bowling. But I'm not so...

In fairness to Byns and bowling, if not bowling would it have been something else?
In other words maybe the knee(s) were so fragile they were gonna tweak even without bowling?
(Don't get me wrong, imo no way no how should he have been allowed to bowl).
