What about 1-way playoff rivalries? 8 comes to mind.
You know when one team seems to be out on a mission to topple another team, but the other team doesn't care? What are some of the one-way rivalries out there in the NBA?
Biggest one I know is the ongoing Blazer - Laker rivalry. At staples, the crowd doesn't even care much about the Blazers, but the second the Purple & Gold step into Rose Garden you gear "Beat LA". Tlong pretty much embodies this desperation for Lakers to acknowledge Blazers as rivals. Also got LAL - LAC, most lakerfans just see Clippers as a joke. Cavs-Heat is a pretty big one too ever since the decision.

Most Laker fans were Clipper fans in 1993 and 2006

Any annually bottom of the barrel team (Wizards, Bobcats, Raptors etc) vs the rest of the NBA.
Nuggets usually play the Spurs hard though. I have respect for that team every year. It's always a tough game.

LA vs Boston championship series is 9-3 for the Celtics. It might seem one-way, but the Lakers were out of luck vs the Celtics pre-1985. LA lost two championships vs Boston in two plays that'll forever haunt the franchise.
tbh the only team the LA crowd is interested in beating is the Celtics. You'all have a winning record against the rest, so the crowd doesn't really get into the thick of things.
The Lakers are below .500 vs the Bobcats.

Rockets/Jazz is a heated rivalry, if you're a Rockets fan. Jazz fans don't give a about the Rockets.
Kinda the same way our most hated rival is the Lakers, yet LA fans don't give a about us or our team.
