Pau to be traded for a bench.
Oh wait, D'Antoni doesn't use the bench![]()
Those home-stand wins against bottom feeders (Nets included, they blow) was the biggest fool's gold win streak of the young season thus far.
Let's look at some key numbers from this game:
- 113 points allowed against the most offensively challenged team in the league.
- Only 4 fastbreak points (11 total fast break points since Pringles took over. Lol at Lakers fans who thought D'Antoni would get this team running).
- No bench production outside of a fluke game by Meeks.
Lakers ceiling is pushing a contender like the Clips or Thunder to 6 games in the second round. Without yet another trade, I don't see this team doing much in the post-season.

Sad. That's all I can say.
Honeymoon period for D'Antoni should be over by next week
Look on the bright side, Lakerfan... only 2-3 more years of Antoni!![]()
well that's what they were expecting from Mike Brown
Nash gave Dantoni his Suns job.
Kobe has been fantastic this season. Never expected him to play this well. Rest of the team needs to step up.
It's like he and Duncan are turning back time tbh
Yes, back to 2005 it seems.
8/10 tbh
d12 has been , they goin to give this clown a max?
I can see why people call you stupid
Season Team G GS MPG FG% 3p% FT% OFF DEF RPG APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG 12-13 LAL 11 11 36.3 0.618 0.000 0.484 3.8 7.9 11.7 1.9 1.0 2.8 3.4 3.5 20.3
im not sure if they can even make the 2nd round this time tbh, they've been playing like since the start of season n they can get curbstomped in the hands of any team in the tough west. brown failed with his princeton system but the team hasn't got any better w/ him gone n replaced by _'antonie. they made the transition from a ty system to one which might be even tier tbh
's legs look slim like those of a chick tbh, he can still jump high n grab boards but he's gonna struggle against bigs who have bigger sizes & stronger legs, even if they're below average acerbatically like big ty Yao

Lakers 6-6 despite playing fewer road games (3!) than any team in the league.![]()
Mike Dunleavy is still available...![]()
Mike D might be so vengeful against the Lakers that he's going to sink them intentionally. If he can only convince the front office to spend 50 million more on 2 or 3 more Kobe watchers, then force feed Kobe the ball like forcing donuts down Homer Simpson's gullet, the entire house might fall.
Kobe Bryant +/- tonight: -22
Pau Gasol +/- tonight: -23
