I think if you read the article you'd realise that his problem is anger management, not grudges.
Honestly, I think this was posted last year before the playoffs started.
Anger is the genesis of the grudge. You cannot be an impartial arbiter of the game under those conditions. He should have been fired after his initial dust up with Nellie in 2003, let alone the Duncan bull , but I guess the NBA needs their bag men to deliver series when needed, and if Joey head weren't already controllable after the first class ticket scandal, he certainly was after repeated public meltdowns.
