A win or loss in November is worth the same as one in early April -- at least in terms of the standings. Any ground we can get now while only help us down the road.

Regular season wins mean next to nothing. The Spurs were top seed two years in a row and still did not even get to the finals. We have seen this stript before. As long as the frontline stays weak with the current roster it doesn't matter how many regular season wins the Spurs get, there won't be any les.

The current Spurs have proved to be a great regular season team( winning game after game in the last two minutes of games) but then fold during the playoffs.
