Other than missed chip shots, Blair has been pretty good this season, tbh.
I know Blair plays hard, but in order to keep getting minutes it has to be more than "the guy tried really hard but the results weren't there...".

I guess we have a very different definition of "good". His hands have been poor, his defensive rebounding has been poor, his finishing ability has been poor and his defense, although improved is still pretty below average.
His points per 36 minutes are down based on his career average, turn overs have not improved, rebounding down per 36 minutes, lowest FG% of his career, TS% & eFG down. The only thing you have seen an improvment on is defensively and it's not like he was good there before. He's just not awful now.
