That good right there. I've got a pact with a buddy of mine that I've known since high school on the lotto. 10 million if the payout is over nine figures.

I've got some other people I know that are just barley getting by that I'd help too. Pay off some houses for people, school loans, etc.

I don't know. I don't really know much about the lotto so I don't know which kind there are.
I have played 6 times in the 14 years since I turned 18 (including scratch offs). I will probably buy a ticket since it is so high, but I always feel awkward since I don't really know how to order it.
