No. Even the Bible says "faith comes from knowing". There's hope then there's faith. Don't get the two confused.
I can hope someone picks me up for work tomorrow if my car doesn't start, but I have faith that my car will start.
I have inductive reasoning to conclude my car will start. That doesn't mean it will. I have no evidence, deductive or otherwise, that a god exists. To live as if I do is hope, just as I have no evidence that anyone will pick me up. At least though, with my example, there are people I can fall back on and I will know in a short amount of time if my hopes are realized. Religious faith will never be realized while you are living and that's about all that matters on a forum since none of us can really talk about what happens after we die.
