250k sounds a harsh punishment imho, it's the equivalent value of 125k tickets to a spurs game and im not sure how many seats the entire at&t center has in total, maybe 25k or something?

The fine amount itself makes no difference. Stern wouldn't have given two s if the Spurs were playing another team. He also wouldn't have cared if the game wasn't nationally televised. All contenders sits players on occasion depending on their schedule. Even non-contenders shut down their stars to tank further when they fail to make the playoffs. Where are their sanctions?

Thing is that popovich does this every year... Is it coincidence that it happened to be the heat. idk.. But he has credibility to make that decision... That really didn't bother me, the fine is whatever , like kool said Kobe got fined 100 k for something that happens in every game. What bothers me is that stern, being the Jew that he is, is running the MBA how he wants it to he run, and there is nothing anyone can do... That's what's ing lame
