1. Thunder
2. Spurs
3. Grizz
4. Clippers
5. Lakers
6. Mavericks
7. Houston
8. Golden St
If this is actual seeding, Spurs and Grizz can't both be actually in the top 3 correct?
If that's the case...
1. Spurs
2. OKC
3. Clippers
4. Grizzlies
5. Warriors
6. Jazz
7. Nuggets
8. Rockets
No Lakers? Are they at least 9th place?![]()

Somewhere after 8, tbh
My predictions
Spurs
Thunder
Clippers
Grizzlies
Timberwolves
Jazz
Nuggets
Mavericks
Incorrect. That rule was changed after Spurs Mavs 2006. A year too late, tbh.
I see what you did there!![]()
Mavs would have beaten Phoenix in the 2nd round anyways, and they'd meet the Spurs in the WCF.
True but the Spurs got no rest after the Kings extended them to six games in the first round while the Mavs swept the Grizzlies. Even David Stern came out and said the Spurs got screwed in the scheduling. (insert Spur fan cries of fatigue here, mine included
) Maybe things would have been different in a WCF matchup. Maybe/probably not, tbh.
The Spurs have always claimed they lost Game 2 vs the Mavs due to not enough rest, fwiw.
Ahhh... forgot about that. Thanks. Reviewed standings:
1. Spurs
2. OKC
3. Grizzlies
4. Clippers
5. Warriors
6. Jazz
7. Nuggets
8. Rockets
Rockets gonna finish 9th place for the 4th year in a row?
sup Giuseppe
surprise if the mavs don't make the playoffs tbh, knowing they never missed it in cuban's era. dirk will come back in time and secure them a playoff berth, only to get bounced off the 1st round though
Wouldnt mind that this season compared to the last three considering the makeup of the team tbh
1. Spurs
2. Thunder
3. Clippers
4. Grizzlies
5. Nuggets
6. Jazz
7. Warriors
8. Rockets
1. Spurs
2. Grizz
3. Thunder
4. Clippers
5. Mavs
6. Lakers
7. Jazz
8. Nuggets
14. Wizards
15. Blzerrs
But isn't there still a rule regarding division winners? Something like if you win your division, you're guaranteed a top-4 seed, but a non-division winner can make the top 4 based on record?
1. Spurs
2. Grizzlies
3. Thunder
4. Clippers
5. Nuggets
6. Lakers
7. Rockets
8. Mavericks
I think the Warriors are gonna sink, and the Mavs are gonna make a run when Dirk comes back. The Lakers will make the playoffs, but they'll be a first-round exit.
Eastern conference predictions:
1. Heat
2-8.

4. Clippers
5. Lakers
6. Nuggets
7. Mavs
