depends on how you define a victory tbh. i don't think what actually happened in the history was such a victory for the allies when the russians took control of almost the entire europe-asia continent in the postwar era, you destroyed the fascists but let another regime (which might be even worse) rule 1/3 of the earth's total land area until 1990s.

Yeah fair point, I more mean that without the US, Germany would walk over France completely and onto the UK and the Japs would have full control of the pacific and Australia.

I think it's a bit arrogant to say what would happen by changing one data point in history. Let's say for example that Obama lost in 2008. I think we can agree Obamacare would have never become a reality. That's probably about it. McCain might die from a stroke or heart attack from all that stress, and we would then have out first woman president.

unless im a yid or a i don't see no problem living as a citizen of the german or japanese empire tbh. what the allies failed to realize at that time was that the commies would be more of a threat than any fascist. russians were reluctant to fight the axis and they only fought germany because they invaded them first, while they & the japs never fired at each other until the mid of 1945, about two months after the fall of germany. the world war would've never happened in the first place if the russians didn't act like assholes towards hitler's invasion to poland
