What gift did you give away?I got a bottle of homemade Peach wine one year and gave it to my nephew. He said it was the nastiest stuff ever.

regifting is something that only grandmas do.
I thought I was being nice.
The wife and I regifted a healthy portion of our wedding gifts. You only need so many toasters.
When I had a regular job and we'd do those gift exchanges where there was a $5 limit, I'd occasionally regift those little knicknacks to others. Christmas mugs, Santa statues, you know the stuff I mean. What I'm pretty blatant about though is gift wrapping----take my gift out of that gorgeous frilly bag, drop yours in, and voila! Here ya go, Merry Christmas!

you should only regift if you already have it or cant use it. not as a way throw away.
I got a bottle of sand from Egypt from a friend a few years back. After he had major jaw surgery one year I got him a present when we decorated his house. I put it on his table.
