Barring them being forced in to retirement by injury or missing significant games, I don't see Duncan finishing above Nowitzki or Garnett. Probably same for Pierce. When it's all said and done he'll probably be ahead of Allen, so maybe he'll retire around 15th

But then you never know, maybe we get a top quality big man in the next few years and that extends Duncan past his current deal, putting up something like 10/6 in limited minutes. Very unlikely though

Probably not that high considering there are still a few active players ahead of him on the list that have a few years left themselves. I could see him moving up 4-5 spots potentially, if he's able to keep up this level of play next year.

Almost certainly 15/16 behind Garnett, Nowitzki and (possibly) Pierce. In the unlikely event he plays an extra couple years and adds an extra 1500 points he could finish ahead of all those 3 and finish ahead of Moses

You could chalk it up that LeBron will pass him no problem considering he's about to hit 20,000 in a few more games.

Barring a significant injury and presuming he plays out his contract (which is looking increasingly likely), he should finish his career 14th-16th. But barring a debilitating injury, James, Anthony and Durant will pass him, so about 10 years from now, he should sit 17th-19th for a long, long time. If he really wanted to, we all know he could have scored more than he did though.

Tim Duncan leads the league in defensive rating right now.

Also, if you compare and contrast his per36 minutes stats for this year to his career averages, he's actually playing slightly above average in nearly every category! (though not in offensive rebounds, and he's tied in assists) Even his offensive and defensive ratings are slightly better than his career averages. He also has less turnovers and fouls too.

Current players ahead of him are struggling, Dirk, Garnett, Pierce, Allen. So pending on how long they play he could end up higher then them to. Certaintly pierce and allen. Garnett and Dirk might have too big a jump on him though.
