You have a one track mind. You can't grasp non-literal statements or the context surrounding certain statements. You basically called the state of Oklahoma a barren wasteland due to the fact that its not populated heavily and does not have population growth like areas of TX do. By your definition, a barren wasteland were those areas where people chose not to live, correct? Well, outside of the metro areas of TX, the entire state, by your definition, is a barren wasteland as well. Probably 80% of the land area of TX is basically uninhabited, or very sparsely inhabited. This is farm land. So - do you only consider those areas of TX that are heavily populated to be worthwhile? WHat about the remaining 80% of the state of TX? Is it barren wasteland? What do you think of the Texans that inhabit that wasteland?
As to the rest of this thread: Meth is in Oklahoma. It's in Texas. It's in every state. It's a problem. There's really nothing else to say about it. You make that choice or you don't. It's a problem, but it doesn't characterize a whole state or people.
That's most of the states in the union, dumbass. As I said, your argument and your logic are re ed. It being a wasteland has more to do with no one wanting to live there than uninhabited areas that exist in almost every state.
You can twist it all you want but facts don't lie. Texas has had counties that grew more than Oklahoma's whole state population. Why is that? Can you give me a good reason beyond the fact that Oklahoma is a hole no one wants to move to?
