no , scrotum
How long has it been since they've played a game on TNT? 2004 WCF? LMAO
The NBA s on its ty teams. Gotta love Stern for that.
Yes, I know they're playing the Thunder and that's probably the only reason why the game is going to be on TNT. If they were playing a ty team, no way in they would be on TNT.
I've never understood the argument of ty teams on National TV, tbh..
Who the wants to watch these teams on a night with only 2 games on the schedule?..
Why is it that the Warriors and Blazers get games on TNT but the Kings don't? The Warriors have made the playoffs once in the last 18 years while the Blazers have not won a playoff series since 2000. The Kings were 1 win away from the Finals in 2002 and also 1 win away from the WCF in 2003 and 2005. I think the Kings got one game last year that was on TNT. The second game of the TNT double header usually has the Lakers, Clippers, Warriors, Blazers, Suns, Jazz, or Nuggets as the home team if the game is scheduled for 9:30pm. If the second game of the TNT double header is scheduled for 8:30pm, then the home team will usually be a team that plays in the central time zone. Kinda simple if you ask me.
The Kings were frequently scheduled on National TV when they were a good team..
They have been one of the tiest and unwatchable teams in the NBA for years now, which is a valid reason to leave them off National TV schedules..
Simple logic..go take your pills, ..
we on the Bulls -5.5 bandwagon tommorow, Malik?
The Warriors haven't made the playoffs since 2007 when the Mavs choked on their s. Explain to me why the Warriors get national tv appearances while the Kings don't?
Golden State played a whole 2 games on TNT last year, vs 1 for Sacramento.
Are the T'Wolves going to put a good show on for tonight?
I expected Minnesota to be playing a little better than they are. I still think they could surprise a lot of people.
I guess where I went wrong on this forum was failing to come to the realization that reasonably educated adults would actual be so pathetic as to visit an internet message board on basketball and say things to another person for the sole purpose of pissing them off, even if the statements made in those attempts had nothing to do with basketball. I've started a thread and made comments about basketball that were sure to stir up controversy, but they were basketball related. You won't find a SINGLE post from me on this board making derogatory statements about people in regards to where they live, their city, their race, religion, suggesting people in their city should die, or anything else of the sort. I'll call someone a dumb for an opinion they hold on basketball, but that's all part of what these forums are about. For a grown adult to suggest that more people in OKC should've been killed in a bombing or that people of a certain city are all meth heads, etc is really quite unfortunate. I would suggest to those people that perhaps they should consider why it is they feel they need to make comments like that. Again I'm all for bull ting and trash talking and making insulting comments in the context of certain discussions, but some of you people are here are children. It's a shame that a grown man can't be a man.
Well, it looks like the T'Wolves came to play tonight and took advantage of playing on national tv for the first time in the Obama years(probably).
Did they even make an appearance during Bush's 2nd term?
who would wang to watch a ty team anyway? whats the point of this argument..
lakerfans for example, lakers are still on national tv even though, they not even a .500 team, IMO TBH
Lakers still get a lot of NationalTV games...
both good points..
but they are still the lakers... kobe is still playing, regardless of what people say he is still a future HOF top 5 all time, he is going to get more attention know than ever because these are obviously the last few years.. and he is still playing efficient basketball at a high level. Plus its LA... even in 05-07 when we sucked ass, lakers still got a good amount of nationally televised games.. just kobe man TBH...
almighty you a lot. Nobody wants to watch the Washington Generals of the league.
son the Wolves are better than the Wizards this year.
I would say that the T'Wolves did make an appearance on TNT during Bush's 2nd term. Bush's 2nd term started in January of 2005. The T'Wolves haven't made the playoffs since going to the 2004 WCF but since they made it that far, logic would say that they probably had some TNT appearances during the 2004-2005 season since they would technically be the defending Western Conference runner up of 2003-2004.
You forgot to add a 1 before that 5.
