He's supposed to be there for instant points. When his shots aren't falling, he's basically useless and a liability on the court.

I don't really like Splitter in the starting lineup. He doesn't get as many shots as he would if he played with the bench.

I don't mind but I don't like the 3 bigs rotation, Tiago and Boris are not good enough rebounders to make it work.

I hated the idea last year, but I've warmed up to it. Maybe more than warmed up actually, because I like it. Can't argue the results so far. The knock was that it'd clog the lane and slow down the offense more than it would improve the defense, but they've found ways to keep the lane open with both of them out there.

He gets 28 minutes of playing time a game! That's a LOT of minutes for a guy that shoots 36% and regularly gets 0 point games.
