I do not feel bad for Blair. I wasn't expecting him to have a 10 year NBA career but he burned his bridges here before his knees were even shot imo.

Blair thinks with his knees? Injuries aren't the excuse for his mistakes and poor decisions.
Blair does not have an NBA head on his shoulders. He cannot deal with the pressure of expectations.
Kind of my thoughts too. But I can see how not having acl's would eventually wear on an NBA player, making all the BB IQ in the world moot.

tonight de colo > mills > neal
As PG, De Colo> Mills> Neal

As SG, Mills> De Colo> Neal

Either way, Mills and De Colo still rank above Neal in terms of how they've played the last week or so.

Dude has no ACLs. Come on now. If you had no ACLs you probably wouldn't be able to play a minute of basketball. Not an easy thing to deal with.
Should we keep him on the roster out of pity then?

He cannot deal with the pressure of expectations? Huh? What human 6-foot-5 who can't jump would have success in the NBA as a bigman?

With Blair so worn down, the Spurs really really need another big. If only to have depth in case of injuries.

There's a difference between saying, "Well we should probably let him go." and "omg him he's playing bad because he doesn't care." We're better than that.

If it's his knees, I agree. You can't be 6-foot-5 and can't jump and still be in the NBA as a PF.
Should have been working on his ball handling skills. He could be a decent big small forward in the Artest, Corliss Williamson mold. It's probably too late now.

    There were 20 threes.

    And the Mavs are garbage.

Nothing to get excited about, tbh.

Great game, you know it's good when I'm disappointed that we couldn't keep our lead over 40. But, holy crap, Blair is bad.

Side note, I think the Spurs are probably going to have the most 130+ point games in the regular season by anyone since the early 80s.
While also allowing 90-100 points at most

Man, I didn't realize how much I missed Kawhi. Dude is just oozing with potential and definitely a domino effect with him back in the line up (see: Green, Danny).

Those 2 in the starting line up (with TP too) make us pretty athletic, springy and it definitely helps.

Agree with DPG. Kawhi actually looks better now than he did to start the season.

thats a waste of a roster spot to keep him around, when there are better alternatives...he doesnt have a jumpshot or spread the floor...his basically worst then bonner now
