The only ones that are super annoying are the sigs that are so lengthy they have their own block for scrolling.
For example, on this page I'm scrolling down the page trying to read things, then everything stops and I'm forced to look at Brazil's ugly-ass picture of a guy with a Brazil drum for the 2,554th time in my life. It'd be fine if I could quickly scroll past that like I can do with everyone else's sigs, but the separate scroll block slows things down.

It's 2012 and your computer can't handle an internet forum? Maybe try upgrading.
Also, there's these things called preferred personal settings where you can turn off sigs and edit how the forum appears to you so you can navigate it easily. You might also try that next time instead of starting a thread telling us how dumb you are.
Yeah, you can just disable sigs. Sounds like that will solve your problem.
The other option is this...
Click that X and that person's sig disappears forever.
Click on the little "X" next to the siggy and like magic they dissapear.
Thanks timvp didn't mean to meltdown, your the main reason I look at spurstalk anyway. I was kinda drnk last night when I wrote that so my bad. For all you people telling me to get a faster connection I have a Mac and a very fast connection, it doesn't change the fact that 30 gifs are loading at once, crashes anyway. Also, big lol to all you clowns thinking I'm gay for not wanting asses in sigs. I'm not in middle school so I don't need to come on a basketball forum to look at women. You can deny it all you want but the fact is anyone who gets consistently laid doesn't feel the need to overtly claim their heterosexual tendencies over spurstalk signatures. Go out and meet actual women please.
You can manually block the offending gif URLs via adblock. That way, you wouldn't have to get rid of the entire signature, just the worst images.

It is just a fat black ass but I think dude face is priceless. I lived in Brazil 6 years and carnival in Rio de Janeiro is just incredible. At the end of the day I m a bit sentimental with that sig. You should come one day to see that asses in person. I'll back in Brazil by the way in 3 weeks.

Not trying to be mean here but saying you have a mac doesn't mean you have a reasonable computer for today's internet environment. For example the Macintosh IIci with its 16Mhz CPU is going to crash if you are running this website. I do most of my browsing of this site from a very outmoded Athlon 64 x2 based pc, and don't have issues with multiple other windows open. This suggests to me that you either are trying to run way to much stuff at the same time/in the background or your computer has issues, provided it is fairly modern (post 2006 or so).
Turning of sigs is easy though and not a serious issue. I do have some minor problems with the site from my phone mainly since it has screen size issues. What I would really like to see is an ability to turn off sigs for my phone and on when I'm signed into my computer. I don't object to the pictures of most of the scantily clad women (though some of you seem to really like women with bubble butts and cellulite), and there are often little basketball related jokes and .gif replays.

The sigs just annoy me in the game threads when the server starts to works like an anaconda swallowing a bull. Just get rid of your pentium III and your dial-up connection and it will be fine.
