Cousins was reinstated one game into his suspension; didn't come back after another game though.

As for teams doing worse:

Dallas: Dirk out for the first third of the season, and relying on J May\
Brooklyn: Dern shooting bad
Lakers: No chemistry, then no D
Boston: Really, Doc, KG at 28 mpg? It worked for San Antonio but only because they had a great offense.
