Thunder: Can someone please just measure Kevin Durant already?

I am so damn tired of the myth that is "how tall is Kevin Durant?" Even the FS Oklahoma announcers still routinely reference his height during game calls and he's anywhere from 6'9 to 7'0, depending on the moment. Alvin Gentry claims he's 7'0. Many national commentators still want to dramatize things and refer to him as a 7 footer. It doesn't even matter I know, but there is in existence a very accurate and precise way to measure something or someone. Can we just take this freak of nature to some science lab, measure him, and then all use the same damn number?
