And as for the "running and gunning" "dancing and prancing" "dishing and swishing" is what makes him uniquely a funny dude.

Well I see alot of Knicks games and he always, always gives props to other teams and players and always goes in on the Knicks when they're playing like , specially Melo.
Yeah dude is unbiased when doing play by play.
he doesn't 'go in' on melo. he's makes some pissy little comment that maybe he should have made the pass or something, followed by "but there was some contact there".

Clyde is in the top 3 tbh. Listen to the Spurs broadcast and you'll realize how great Frazier is. BTW he'll totally unbiased unlike 25 out of the 30 team broadcasts.
I've probably watched about 10 knick games this year so far. does that count?

the nuggets announcers were pretty butthurt for most of their Spurs telecast tbh. I'd rank them with Tommy and the Blazers announcers as being the worst.
I'd throw Walt in the Sean Elliott/Clyde Drexler category in that they really only cater to their fan base, as they should, while not really providing much in terms of bball knowledge. All 3 sound pretty re ed to the non-homer.
Stu Lantz of the Lakers is the best IMO in terms of unbiased and knowledgable commentary. too bad hes stuck with ol pedo Bill Snookie McDonald as his play by play guy.

Walt is one of the better announcers, in my opinion.
As others have said, Heinsohn is painful to listen to, as are Drexler and the Nug announcers.
The problem with Reggie sometimes is that he sucks Kobe's too much.
Is he kind of annoying, but clyde is worse. Tbh no one is worse than those got celtic broadcasters.. them
Jazz and Nuggets are brutal. every single Western team except for LA Lakers and Dallas is brutal. Best in the league remains the Nets' Ian Eagle
