Walt Frazier is not to be taken seriously. He's like Bill Walton. Once you stop actually thinking of him as an announcer and take him for a source of comedy, he suddenly becomes a lot of fun. Plus there's the fake Walt Frazier Twitter account that rhymes EVERY tweet, LOL:

The last time I bothered getting league pass Isiah Thomas was still running the show there and they were horrible, but I'd still tuned in for a few games just because Frazier could be entertaining in the face of horrible basketball. Amid the goofy phrases and other stuff was some decent enough analysis and unbiased coverage (especially for an ex-player). Not saying he's a HOF broadcaster, but certainly not the worst. My vote goes with those saying Drexler's the worst. I have no issue with homerism; for a local broadcast that's par for the course and plays to their target audience. However by any objective measure he's just an awful broadcaster. Nothing insightful, nothing creative, and damn sure nothing funny.

the nuggets announcers were pretty butthurt for most of their Spurs telecast tbh. I'd rank them with Tommy and the Blazers announcers as being the worst.

I live in Denver. They're not bad most of the time but during every game against the Spurs they spout an unreasonable amount of butthurt, to the point that they're just straight whining. They're the worst to listen to compared to any other hometown crew the Spurs play.

Frazier is a genuine broadcast personality. He constantly gives praise to other teams and players, he's never over the top and always has cool info. His rhyming is hilarious for so many reasons. He's trolling all you fools.

I didn't.

I changed my team to the Knicks almost a year ago. Not really because I liked them but because I'm from there. Its more like representing my hometown more than actually being a fan of the Knicks, which I am not.
