Just the fact that the same fanbase who cheered injuries to Clipper players for years and mocked our franchise ruthlessly during countless losing seasons is saying this now is galling, tbh...

It is until the Lakers give up 40 points in a quarter and end up losing by 20.

Lottery team's fans trying to pick and choose who they want to see in the first round of the playoffs
Not sure if they realize the Lakers are 5 games under .500, while the current 8th place team is 5 games over .500
lottery team
delusional fans
The way they're talking you'd think Jordan hill was hakeem
Kobe s reduced to trying to discredit LeBron by any means necessary...

I don't get why people still care about what he has to say. It's nothing but negativity and hate towards the Lakers.

More proof that we are these guys' sources. Can we get royalties to pay the site staff?

It wouldnt surprise me if they post something like this :
" This game is the turning point of the season; we lost only by 20 points !!! Guys its only 20 pts; we just need to score 20 more ppg in the playoffs and we'll be fine "
Lakerfan's delusional, stalkerish obsession with all things Phil Jackson is getting creepier by the game, tbh...

It's obvious Mike has no idea how to coach this type of team and he has no idea how to get these players to play there roles. Fire Mike D now and hope that we can get Phil to save this team and franchise again. I love the way the Busses spend money but boy are they stupid with head coach choices.

I actually think he is coming back in the summer if this team can stick together.

Uh No, with Phil this team would be winning. The players would be listening and I guarantee the bad luck with all these injuries would not have happen because players are playing out of position.

I was thinking about this today. The Lakers are 15-20. Lakers have a stretch of 4 straight home games. It isn't too much to ask to win those games at home even if one of them is OKC. Then after that, they play Toronto at home and Chicago in Chicago. That isn't two much to ask to beat a weak raptor team and an injury riddled Chicago team. If they did that, they would then be 21-20 exactly half way through the season. I take that considering what has happened all of the first half of the season.
Then, the last 41 games, if they just win 3 games and lose 1 every 4 games, they finish at 30-11 for the second half of the year and they end up at 51-31.
Once again, is that too much to ask with a team full of this kind of talent? I dont think so.
So delusional...

Sure this loss is embarrassing, but the only team that we are competing with that won today is Denver (who's going to make it anyway). Portland, Utah, Houston, and Minnesota all lost. It's like today didn't even happen.
Edit: Portland hasn't lost yet, but are down by 8 with 2 min left.Back to top

yes. i too am waiting.
i'm also tired of hearing about people calling kobe old and slow, or anything like that. i'm not saying he deserves more rings, or more calls...but all i know is this: he is STILL probably the best player in the league. he's not the most athletic, the fastest. but he's still better than durant, melo, and lebron. just minus the hype.
and that's lost on most fans. he's probably retiring soon, maybe next year. i hope durant or irivng or someone can become really good without a lot of hype and "help" from the refs. if you heard jvg, it's true...a lot of bad teams in the league. been diluted for a while, getting worse. and it doesn't help that the vast majority of fans cannot really tell who is good or not, and are afraid to debunk the hype the media throws around.Back to top
