There have been some bad calls go our way. Not gonna lie![]()
None of the last 5 fouls against Kevin Durant are actually fouls. They are all ball..Two of those, he was hardly touched. Unbelievable..Kobe, lebron carmelo dont even get this kind of treatment.

The ref treatment that OKC gets is unreal, tbh...
OKC: +5.7 FTA differential overall, +5.7 FTA differential at home, +5.7 FTA differential on the road
Compared to the rest of the top 4 teams in the league:
MIA: +0.9 FTA differential overall, +2.0 FTA differential at home, -0.3 FTA differential on the road
SA: +0.9 FTA differential overall, +0.6 FTA differential at home, +1.1 FTA differential on the road
LAC: -0.1 FTA differential overall, -1.9 FTA differential at home, +2.6 FTA differential on the road
In fact, the Clippers' record this year is even more impressive considering we get pretty much the opposite of home cooking.... anyway, it's pretty clear OKC is vastly inflated by the whistle compared to the other contenders in the league, tbh...
Makes you wonder how good the thunder really are. I'm guessing if defenders are actually allowed to get really physical with Kaevin Durant, he'd have tough time instead of making it look so easy.
Yep, agreed, can't argue much when you got stat all written on the stone. Well, perhaps not as MUCH or as bad as you implied to, but the favoritism is clearly there.
Dumb shot by Lemarcus Aldridge.
Game.
OKC gets 21.6% of their points from free throws (highest percentage in the league)
Miami gets 17.1% of their points from free throws
LAC gets 16.9% of their points from free throws
San Antonio gets 15.9% of their points from free throws
Despite being a jump shooting team, OKC gets almost the same percentage of their points from three-pointers (21.8%) as they do from free throws...
Different teams with different players will result in different stats. KD gets some superstar calls. Such is and always has been the NBA. You guys sounds like a bunch of self en led liberals with all your ass whining
Pretty used to it by now, eh?
Pretty used to it by now, eh?
Westbrook got mauled twice with no calls. One across the head in the final seconds. Big F deal. Bad calls go both ways. KD gets his calls. Kobe gets his calls. Lebron gets his calls. Deal with it.
There were a couple of times to tonight were Durant was fouled on jumpshots. But yeah you're spot on with the superstar calls. Expect them.
well at least you're not denying that he does get special treatment
OKC plus 4 on FTs tonight. All Portland did was look for the open 3 or feed LA for 18 foot fadeaways. KD and Westbrook attacking the rim. Don't really get the beef. KD probably got a no call or two. One could analyze the game and find such calls both ways though.
Stars get calls. Surely this doesn't come as news to anyone. It's not just a KD thing.
Not even the Lakers got this type of treatment in any of their le runs except 2002.
There's "some superstar calls," and then there's the extreme officiating advantage that OKC gets moreso than the other contenders in the league....

Dumbass - OKC shoots THREE more FTs per game than LAC. ONE more than Charlotte. Do the refs give the Bobcats all the calls too?
I've been saying this for years, tbh..
OKC is the most ref-reliant team in NBA history and it isn't even close..Harden is on the same level as Durant/Westbrook in that regard, but his replacement(Martin) is also great at drawing ty fouls..
Part of the reason OKC struggles against Miami is that the officials tend to call a relatively even game, tbh..
The fourth quarter alone of Game 6 in the WCF last year had 5+ questionable calls. This is old news tbh.
Same crap as always, basically the more the refs help the Thunder, the more it's obvious the Thunder aren't as good as people believe, hate to say it but it's true.
OKC will feel the same when they meet Miami again.
Yeah OKC is one of the least impressive teams in the league (of the top 5 or so teams) for this very reason.
Chris Paul used to be infamous for his dribble-into-the-defender-and-flail-sideways superstar call, but honestly he hasn't gotten that bull superstar call consistently this season at all. KD gets this call all the time. Whenever it's crunch time and OKC needs a basket, KD can always count on dribbling into his defender (who invariably will be moving backwards to some extent to keep up with his dribble penetration) and getting the foul call.
No player in the league plays perfectly legal 1 on 1 defense. There's always some contact while both the offensive player and defensive player are moving. The refs simply ignore this for 99% of the game (and for 99% of players) and will award it to Kevin Durant when they deem necessary (usually near the ends of games to strongly influence the outcome).
The Clippers have been the most impressive team in the West, imo, because they don't rely on biased reffing.
Really makes you wonder if Durant truly is better than james or melo offensively. You can never go aggressive with Kevin Durant..just look at that call against Batum when he started defending aggressively in the fourth.
