SF 28 - ATL 24
NE 27 - BAL 14
I actually hope Baltimore can pull it off against NE just for the gimmick Harbaugh Bowl. :P
Want the 9ers to lose to on monkeyball for another year
rofl people falling in love with Baltimore because the Colts' receivers dropped 17 passes and Rahim Moore ed up what should have been a routine play.
People want the Pats to lose cause they are tired of seeing them, I'll dance a ing jig in my skivvies if the Pats lose
I get that, but I keep seeing this "team of destiny
" stuff as if Baltimore is some kind of special team because Rahim Moore ed up on an easy play and Peyton Manning choked in a playoff game.
And John Fox being a giant pussy
Baltimore is just a much better team than their regular season record indicates...there's a few other factors that go into it as well. For one, they are getting healthy on all sides of the ball at the right time--as of now they are missing only one KEY starter (Webb). They also seem to be getting hot at the right time, which is exactly what happened with the past 2 SB winners (and almost happened in 08 with AZ). They have 2 world class burners on the outside with Smith and Jones (Jones is nothing special, but they're both fast as and stretch the field). More importantly, they have a QB who has the arm to get it to them. Boldin has turned into his old self and Pitta is great over the middle as well. The O-line is becoming healthy and gelling at the right time. Throw in a top 5 dual-threat RB and they can attack a defense any which way...all depends on which Flacco you get. Lastly, Baltimore is probably the only AFC team not intimidated by New England. They crushed them in 2009 and were a Lee Evans drop away from beating them last year--a game in which Flacco outplayed Brady. Brady/BB own Peyton, Pittsburgh, Houston, and every other perennial AFC contender--but Baltimore gives them fits.
I predict that I will be stressed out that day.
