Good news. Must be on schedule or slightly ahead of schedule![]()
Parker said on his radio show last Monday that Manu would be out one week. The 10-14 days might have been a cautious public estimation.
Hopefully his rhythm is still there when he returns. he was shooting the ball really well
Yeah, the Spurs usually don't ramp it up to "intense rehab" until the player is getting close to a return. Especially when dealing with something like a strained hamstring that usually just requires rest.
Hopefully this turns out to be like that quad contusion where Ginobili didn't even skip a beat.
That sound very good ... get healthy Manu!
Pretty sure I saw him running around in one of the practice videos from today.
The best news we could ask for.
The only way to avoid Manu getting those type of strains is to start him.
I wouldn't even rush him back. They can handle it without him. I wouldn't even bring him back for another few weeks.

A hamstring injury is so 'iffy' when it comes to a decision as to when to return. Return too soon and you can screw it up again, but return too late and the player is out of condition and his playing rhythm.
My guess is that Manu will want to return asap because he is a compe or, but Pop is likely to err on the side of caution.
El, I thought you live in Buenos Aires?
Good news. The Spurs are really in need of Manu's playmaking, as we could see against the Warriors.
