24/7 reporting that 2014 DT DeShawn Washington of Nederland will be at the February 23rd Junior Day.
2014 RB/CB Kevin Shorter of Newton is a new prospect that says he has a Junior Day invite from Texas, per 24/7.

I haven't seen any Junior Day lists quite yet, but below is a look at we know so far and the prospects that we can expect to hear more about. I didn't include any of the out-of-state prospects because they rarely show up. 2015 CB Kendall Sheffield of Fort Bend Marshall says he will be in attendance, but I don't know which one he'll attend:

2014 S Edward Paris has tweeted that he'd like to make his commitment on March 29th (his birthday).
Worth noting before Harrison makes his announcement. Texas still seems like the favorite however.

On Desmond Harrison prediction, don't sleep on the fact that ASU has two former teammates there, can offer immediate starting spot.
Would be a huge kick in the nuts if he went ASU. Good thing the teammate angle is the only advantage they have.
Inside Texas mentioned that Bruce Chambers went by West Mesquite HS last week to check out 2014 S Dylan Sumner-Gardner who is currently committed to Clemson. Sounds like Texas was impressed because Chambers will be returning this week with Duane Akina. 24/7 reported this morning that he has been extended a Junior Day invite. I didn't mention him on the list above because he actually has very little interest in UT at the moment.

Heard something about Texas reaching out to A&M QB Kenny Hill multiple times the last few weeks? True or just rumors?
I don't know how many times exactly, but 24/7 said there has been communication. Hill is said to be a pretty quiet guy so there's not a lot of info.

Major Applewhite is scheduled to stop by DeSoto HS tomorrow to check on RB Dontre Wilson, per Rivals.
espn reporting a&m commit derrick griffin will be visiting auburn this weekend. not sure his status (i know a while back looked like no way he was going to qualify) but the article seems to give some hope to his chances. seems like from all a&m commits sumlin was not overly confident.

I'm hoping he ends up at Blinn. That's the only way I see him ever ending up in an A&M uniform and even at that point the chances are pretty slim. Unless Auburn is selling him some way they plan on getting him in, I'm not sure what they're doing. Pretty sure Sumlin has already told him he wants him to go JUCO route at Blinn and now he's looking to see if he can qualify elsewhere maybe?
