    The best part about this game is that everyone (especially the gots in this thread) can tell you where they were when they either watched or heard about 81. This and 9/11 are probably the only events in their life where they can say that.

    LMAO this is going to the extreme.

    I doubt anyone that doesn't have a heavy interest in Kobe and the Lakers (that is to say LA and its fans) remember this with any sort of importance.

    On a scale of the 9/11 event to when Kobe score his 81 points, it doesn't even begin to registered with most people.
