Pretty sure Jason "The Mailman" Smith was killing us last game too.
To my eyes it wasn't just the D - they were draining everything, including a lot of contested 20fters.
The D needs to improve, no question, but I think they were hot too.

whats scares me is that New Orleans is making it look easy, meanwhile the spurs look like they're working very hard to get good looks

Eric Gordon is the ultimate tease. Yeah he looks awesome right now, but then he'll be hurt half of next season again just watch. After he got paid the injuries hit. I don't know why it seems like he's a guy who doesn't care much IMO...

They're killing us on the boards and are hot as , no way they keep up that shooting in the 2nd half. Yeah there were some easy looks but they made so many long jumpers with hand in face or off balance fading away. And as soon as they missed an easy look (that Aminu 3) we made up ground. Fun game so far.
I disagree. Seems to me a guy who loves ball but has a low pain threshold, and now that he has his payday he's not going to play in pain.
But yeah, wouldn't be surprised if he goes down again to some random injury - this knee is only the latest in a series of injuries going back about 3-4 years.
Just one quarter of average-to-good defence will win this for either team.
