Too slow to keep up on defense
Too old to fill the lane and draw charges (at least Fisher still had that at 38)
Too little left in his legs to be a rebounding guard (CP3 is a good rebounder at similiar size, FYI)

Once Blake returns to help take pressure of Savior Nash, all will be well at the PG position.
