Perfect answer. My fiance and brother both graduated from UTSA. She's a great, well taught teacher, he's a successful architect. Pretty strange that the OP, an Alabama alum (?) is talking about a University in Texas. His wife must of ed a UTSA Road Runner, tbh.

This couldn't be further from the truth. If I'm interviewing two candidates, one a college grad, and the other just a HS grad, I'm going to go with the college grad 90% of the time. The other 10% will need to have some big WOW factor.
