I see that management gave you a new username and avatar.
Nice.
I'm serious tho...![]()
I feel sorry for Blair. Hopefully Timmy is ok.
playblair is probably very sad right now
i hope that means spurs are interested in white.
the longer tim rests the better. we are deep enough to handle the crappy teams on this run. blairs out too. well i actually think that helps maintain his high value from that mavs game. he wont go out there and blow it, everybody already knows about his knees. maybe it does mean trade imminent? we get a good look at baynes tonight. i'm excited and hopeful. doesn't know the system, sucked for less than a minute? give me a break, im pretty sure he played under it with mills for that aussie team? he shouldn't have even dressed for that less than minute he got. bud does seem like he's getting showcased for the kings/sonics. i think pop let him sink or swim. he's swimming, so pop is considerin retirement or bud is getting showcased. had he sank, pop coulda dodged the all star game.
If Blair is traded, think PayBlair goes away?
Last time I checked Robert E. Lee wasn't a doctor, but I'll take what I can get.
Thanks, man. Coming from you, I appreciate it.
He wasn't a coyote either.
Hopefully. By some strange happening, I'm hoping Blair goes to the Bucks if he gets traded. Seeing that that is PlayBlair's team. Doubt we could get anything of worth from the Bucks for Blair tho.
They owe the Spurs for Richard Jefferson, tbh.
We better see Baynes at some point tonight then.
since im assuming tiago and boris are starting
baynes comes in for tiago and gay ass matt bonner comes in for diaw
Pretty surprising a kid with no ACLss hasn't had any issues yet, but it's just a matter of time before that decrease in ligamentous stability in his knee catches up to him. Without ACLs, he's going to develop arthritis at a much younger age. The deterioration of his knees is going to happen faster for him, especially when you consider that he hasn't had his ACLs since high-school and has had years of college and pro basketball to top it off.
Just keeping resting Tim during this easy stretch, no point in pushing it. They don't have a real tough game until 2/10 in Brooklyn... He'll probably be back before then though..
As the poster above me said, I think they are using this easy stretch to give Timmy an extended rest. No sense bringing him back now even if he is 100%. Just let him fill up his gas tank to the brim to make sure he stays at his high level for the rest of the year. Sort of a mid season break.
I hope we keep him out until the All-star game.
I'm just saying, this board loves to overrate every scrub we sign. This guy has never played any NBA ball, there's probably a reason for that. There prob a reason he was available, and it likely isn't because he's really awesome.
Yeah, I feel bad for Blair because he's probably going to be broke real fast. He made peanuts in the NBA, that can't last. Hope he didn't finance those autotune music videos. Plus his ladyfriends weren't messing around with broke dudes.
Effusion means swelling. I seem to recall Blair diving to the floor in an effort to save the ball from going out and he laid out completely for it against the Suns. If he banged his knee then, it's not unusual for that to start swelling in the joint. If anything, reduction of swelling would be good for him but that's something that has to happen naturally. Sure you can use hot and cold modalities plus meds to reduce the time along with medication but since the guy has no ACL's, it's best to let it happen naturally. The body knows best.

The amount of ridiculousness in this post is mind numbing...
Who's keeping track, though?
