all indications so far seem to point that duncan is really gonna be fine
hopefully that really is the case
Hopefully he's back the first home game after the Rodeo Trip.

I wonder how Rondo felt after the game he tore his ACL??
The blog you quoted is from 2011.
I'm preparing for the worst, unfortunately.
Rondo really isn't a good comparison IMO. He was a freak of nature when it comes to injuries and playing through them. He's one of the only guys in recent memory that was able to play through an ACL tear along with apparently everybody in rascal's family.
Of course, everybody reacts to injury differently but might be easier to compare Timmy to other bigmen. Both Perk and Z-Bo had to be helped off the court and could put absolutely no weight on their knees after their ACL/MCL injuries. Granted both weight more than Tim but is a more apt comparison IMO.
Hopefully the brace he wears on that left knee makes difference between being out for the season and being able to comeback in a timely manner.
You do realize that the article is from 2 years ago? Right?
The rest of the team on twitter seems way too damn happy for Duncan's career to be over.
Imagine the reaction if you had started the game thread![]()
via twitter: Timmy out with his daughter. I'm looking for any positive sign now tbh

Someone just created a thread saying that Duncan's MRI revealed a torn ACL and MCL and then the thread immediately disappeared?? Is this some sort of sick joke?!
Yup, some kid posted it. Said Tim was walking with a limp tho.
Yeah that was a troll.
Let's hope it's legit![]()
Did timmy give d finger to d kid?
There was no link and the post count of the Op was at 6
I guess the IP address told whose troll it was and the thread was deleted
If duncan was hurt to the point of needing surgery or being out for the year, wouldn't the docs have him off his feet? Walking around and shopping would seem to be off limits at least initially.
Parker did not seem extremely concerned yesterday after the game about Tim coming back in a reasonably short period, after he spoke with him.
For purely selfish reasons (as a lifelong Spurs fan) I want to enjoy the Silver and Black with Duncan, Parker, and Manu for as long as possible. These guys are the foundation (along with David Robinson for awhile) of all the significant success we've seen here.
Actually, we're pretty lucky to have all three here for over a decade. I'm pretty sure that won't happen again anytime soon in the NBA.
His daughter did.
We need to be careful about believing some random picture of Timmy being at a shopping center. Who knows when it was really from?

Not completely agreeing with this but just a little reading during the wait.
True.
Although I'm looking at the exif data of that picture and it looks legit.

Hmmm....looks like the picture was taken today at ~10AM if I'm reading that right. But I'm no exif data expert so perhaps I'm not.
I hope it's legit.....
here is the account:

True, but i'm looking for anything positive.
If that indeed is a picture from today then I'm assuming they're holding off on the MRI until tomorrow.
Players with ACL tears aren't allowed to walk around like that, right? Hopefully he's fine.
