Its about god damn time. There should be no settling or negotiating with these s. If you ever want to have your intelligence insulted really badly watch the videos of these guys testifying before congress.

Apparently they are going to court because the DoJ was looking for a settlement and MG-H wasn't budging.
Don't disagree one bit. Its frustrating the apathy that has been shown on this subject.
it's too abstract, it doesn't hit Americans directly in the bank account, which is the overriding American priority.
And I think many Americans feel, or even know, that their votes don't count, iow, they're disaffected from the entire bull national political theatrics
