Charlie V's shot is disgusting. I can't believe he's shooting so well.

Also, it would help if our guys actually made sharp rotations defensively. They're playing like a bunch of chickens w/ their heads cut off.

If it's any consolation, the Lakers are down by 20 to the Bobcats in the 3rd quarter right now.

Detroit bench, when they're ON, is very very dangerous. Mostly they suck, we just hit them on the bad night.

Do the Spurs ever win when the word switch is involved?
They did it in the last 5-10 games...

Ridiculous jump shooting. Reminds me of the OKC series last year.

Not to mention they have twice as many rebounds

Many mexicans in ST, too much drama. Hey, this is just the Pistons. Everything is gonna be alright in the second half. Stop whining, folks!

Exactly. I don't see how this game is embarrassing, other than the effort. The Lakers are losing to the worst team in the NBA.

Our next opponent (Brooklyn) is down 20 to the Wizards... We might get a motivated Nets team on Sunday. A win tonight would be nice. (And Sunday too cause I'll be at that game ) but rather 1 L than 2.

a lot of that is the spurs just missing more shots. defensive rebounds are easy to come by

It works if you have the right people on the floor.

OKC turned the series around last season by switching everything on the Spurs whenever we went small. Suddenly, all those gaps and open looks were gone, and it came down to going 1on1.
Spurs strategy is usually to switch PG onto the PF/C. That's asking for trouble most of the time.

Nice run at the end, saved the Spurs asses from total Pop meltdown maybe. If anything defense can win this one.

If we make a big run in the 3rd and then the bench can hold it close late-3rd, early 4th, we'll win this game. But I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't happen and we get the "surprise loss" I thought we would.

I don't know what 5-10 games you were watching, but the ones I watched didn't have the Spurs switching on PnR this much.

That only works if your point guard is Magic Johnson.

Not to mention they have twice as many rebounds
that's a direct result of them making everything, no chance for defensive rebounds, and the Spurs are on the offensive glass

Pistons shooting will hopefully regress to their average, but the Spurs have too many negative players in the game, tbh..

Kawhi needs to get more involved, there's no way Singler should be guarding him successfully..
