I gotta vote for machacado. Beef jerky in a taco sounds weird at first, but it works pretty well with eggs, serrano, onion, garlic, and tomato.

I love carnitas, but I can't recall seeing them offered for breakfast.
I thought b&c was for chicks or little kids and bacon and egg was for white people.

MMMM Carnitas con cebolla, cilantro y salsa verde. Mescans got that right.
I love migas and chilaquiles but not in tacos. And those rich meats I can't handle for breakfast. And chicharron =btw. At the inner city, ghetto hospital I worked at in El Paso they served egg and "winnie" (weiner) tacos that were pretty damn junky and good. No egg and bacon choice?

Pork adobo, avacado and onion from Mi Madres in Austin is always good.
Bean cheese AND bacon, combine that with an ice cold soda and I'm in heaven. Bacon is the most important ingredient, however its hard to find good crispy bacon in tacos, usually it's too soft.
how can people eat chilakiles in a taco? that's basically a tortilla taco lol. and meat other than barbacoa generally isn't considered a "breakfast taco". unless of course if it's in egg like huevo con guines/jamon/etc.

There's nothing more annoying than hearing white people pronounce "Taco" or "Burrito", thb.
Back to the topic, the ideal breakfest burrito has to be eggs with frijoles and chopped up chile cerranos.
