smh.
I used to enjoy explaining how stupid your posts are. For some reason, the joy is gone.
You also don't recognize your own authoritarian nature.

Nothing says authoritarian like having a right to trial and due process...

Why are you making this about me? I simply explained how our legal system works.
If you actually been paying attention, I don't particularly agree with any form of gun control.
But how long will he be in jail, charged with a felony before that happens?
How long counselor? I mean the whole thing is made up, might aswell make up some more stuff up.
Bail will probably be pretty reasonable. I'd give it a few hours tops if you call Betty Blackwell.
My God people.
This type of idiotic laws shouldn't be happening to begin with.
Quit hijacking the thread.
I am currently applying for the job of magazine auditor for the New World Order.
I would be surprised if that was true.
As would I.
They are trying to. They haven't been successful. You seem to think that it isn't an issue until they are actually at the door with their freshly printed new law. By that point, it's too late.
meh.....what the ....
So the law abiding citizen A turns in all the ammo he/she has, thinking they got it all.
Where exactly did citizen B find the hidden ammo? Who is this person in relation to citizen A that they would go to the cops first and rat out citizen A?
It might be an issue if any such law ever had a chance at being voted into law.
Hasn't happened yet, as TSA has helpfully demonstrated throughout this thread.
So this is about taking guns away... why do you think 'they' haven't been successful? And what makes you think 'they' will be successful this time around?
This really isn't an issue until the SCOTUS reverses their own 5 year old ruling in District of Columbia v. er. I've yet to hear a plausible scenario where they'll do such thing.
The rest is a lot of noise, ing, whining and little substance.
Finally...
The text of the legislation.

For those interested, the accompanying House Bill is # 437.

All democrats....
What else have you said that about and became true?
Obamacare...I didn't know anyone who ever thought they would make it a crime to not have healthcare.
I wonder if Americans ever thought Sixteenth Amendment would have ever actually happen. I am truly concerned when they just try it.
A man in NY who goes online to sell his AR 15 mags. He takes his magazines to the place he scheduled with the buyer. On the way there, he was stopped by the police. Police arrest him because his magazine is made after 1994. He's charged with a felony for each magazine. Three felonies.
Merica
Are you drunk or was that copy and paste job?
Why can't it be both?
Also an acceptable answer. The rant just made even less sense than usual.
ok. I'm jacked up on coffee
