no doubt, IMO
You must have some kind of autism to focus on something so boring for so long.
Top Sports:
1. Football (American, not fairy)
2. Basketball
3. Baseball
4. Hockey (not really into it, but don't hate it)
Top games:
1. Golf
2. Connect Four
3. Soccer
4. Hungry Hungry Hippos
Well you seem to give a about American sports seeing that you're posting in the NBA forum.
I said "their sport" meaning football...
I have no problems with basketball.
Why would someone wanna pay hundreds and sit through hours to watch a lame ass 1-1 tie?
Soccer is easily better than hockey imo. Both of them are low scoring sports I don't really like watching, but hockey is played sloppy as and everyone becoming a Phoenix Coyotes fan in 2010 once they made the playoffs makes me hate hockey that much more. I'm hoping Phoenix loses the Coyotes so I don't have to hear about them so much.
Thats what I said about Hockey... U F'n Canadian.
Let me explain it to you. In a season, a win is worth 3 points, a draw is worth 1 point for each team and a loss is 0 points for the loser. People don't go into the games wanting a draw.
AndLiverpool
Even baseball has more scoring than soccer![]()
Hockey sucks balls. What point were you trying to make?![]()
I'm not disagreeing with this general opinion, but it should be noted Algeria DID go into its game against the US in the 2010 world cup with the mentality of getting a draw and suicide bombing them out of the tournament.
I was trying to watch hockey on TV and try and get into it but the whole following the small puck and not knowing what the is going on half of the time turned me off. I don't even know what a power play is.
So now you want to be American...
I hope you and TDMVPDPOY are related.
Yeah it's a pretty difficult concept to grasp, especially since it's akin to a man-advantage in soccer (but for 2 minutes).
Oh
NAspurs destroying DD
Game, set and match
Oh yeah, there's a lot of strategy involved. People just think it's kicking the ball around but it's not. Plus you have to put your players in formations that will work to their strength and the team. A lot of the super low scoring games like (1-0) will involve a team that's not supposed to win the game "park the bus" meaning they'll have all their defenders, midfield and most forwards defending so the other dominant team won't score a goal. It can be annoying and frustrating as but it's part of the strategy. Usually the stronger team will prevail but that's what makes the game exciting if you have a rooting interesting in a team. But much in like every other sport, having a team to root for will make the game more exciting and easier to follow.
Hockey is terrible, and seeing those orangutans bare-knuckle punche each other with HELMETS on must be setting us back evolutionary as an entire species.
It's pretty gay that Americans call football soccer.
You have more posts than I do in the NFL and baseball forums. Ouch.
