Well I do have to admit I've heard Mexicans say that too, but those are the wanna-be white ones. I hate those ones, feel like punching them all, thb.
Burr-ree-doh is more a Cali be@ner thing tbh

barbacoa, machacado, chorizo w/ egg.
just papas
Is there a restaurant you recommend to try this in SA or AUS?
I just usually cook it myself. It's not like it's hard to make, so pretty much any Las Palapas should do it well for example.
I don't know if Las Palapas does anything well.
None of you gots like tripa? Seriously? Try that just once and youll be hooked tbh.
eww i tried a tripa taco at Fiesta last year and spit that right back out.
and this is coming from a who loves him some chitlin's.
i thought i could handle tripas but they were disgusting.

fify
If you happen to stop by Bill Millers then ask for either potato, sausage and cheese or potato, bacon and cheese. You are welcome.
you aren't a real ****** if you don't like cow intestines. the less they wash them prior to cooking the better...the gives the tripas a nicer flavor...
Has anyone tried Bill Miller's breakfast tacos? They are pretty damn good..
smh I feel bad for all those that have had the chance to try tripa but dont like
maybe its the way they were made, i dont like them too crispy--soft or medium crispy from rockys drenched in sauce are the tbh.
The hot sauce from BM is awesome!
cut and grill bacon and ham into squares on a skillet. dice pico de gallo(onion, tomato, jalapeno) and then mix onto the bacon/ham. when the veggies are cooked to your liking(drain a little due to the tomato and jalapeno releasing water). Then add the eggs and cook to perfection. Serve on a warm homemade flour tortilla and top it off with some grated cheddar and salsa. Down it with a ginger ale and your all set for the day.
other taco favorites:
1. Chorizo and beans
2. bacon, eggs and potato
3. Smoked brisket tacos topped with green salsa
