    It all started with Vermaelen being out of position and him pointing to Arteta to cover for him on the left side. Then with Arteta out of position and Vermelen jogging back, the ball was passed towards the middle where Koscielny almost got a touch of it, missed, and Kroos shot it with Mertesacker trying to cover it up...but couldn't reach him for obvious reasons (his slowness). Vermaelen ing up like usual.
