well, it's a great sign when the team had one of their worst halves since the Pistons game and we're still up 1 against the 6th seed on the road on the second of a back to back.

I think Pop's going to have to make some adjustments at the half.
Diaw isn't usless on offense he is making good passes and playing decent D so far but I do agree he needs to shoot the ball more often but with him it's on and off.
Give credit to GS, they are defending damn well too. But Spurs are playing championship defense every possession.

No actually I'd like to see how they counteract Golden State's use of a long defender on Parker. What I like about this game compared to the WCF is that the Spurs have the defense to stay in it.

Was thinking the same thing Golden State is similar to OKC in some ways that they rely on jumpers a lot and have some athletic guys also as you stated Clay thompson is a long guy like Thabo on Parker good to see the spurs D is keeping us in this.
Jackson's having his players play D at an unsustainable pace, look at what happened to Thompson in the 2nd quarter
Not bad. Textbook emotional letdown after a big win but the Spurs are competing great on D. Their offense isn't there yet but it's good for the Spurs to lock down on D. Quality learning environment.
Obviously, we want the offense to wake up in the second half. GS is defending their collective azz off so it won't be easy.
Tbh, I don't see anything to be upset about so far. The bench sucked or else the Spurs would hold a big lead. If the starters can keep balling and the bench can hold serve, the Spurs can win this.

Tony would normally have at least 7 assists on the passes he has made tonight, but everybody missing shots on both teams. Thompson cant hang with TP when the 4th quarter comes around. GS hasnt got the bench we have.
