I wasn't aware that any of the Star Wars characters were well written.
Always assumed people liked the bright lights, space battles, and laser swords, which justified making 6 horrifically stilted and boring movies, like 3 or 4 of which didn't even need to be made for the overarching plot and accomplished nothing.
