Specifically, " #2", in 1977's The World's Greatest Lover. In fact, she might be remembered as the best as s #1 and #3 (Rita Conde and Teda Bracci respectively) finished their careers in relative obscurity.
After playing #2, Lupe stretched her acting wings and defied the Latin actress stereotype, playing "Maid" in 1978's The Big Fix. This allowed her to develop her acting chops and lay the groundwork for her next role, "Maid", in California Suite (also in 1978). After a brief departure taking on the role of "Dolores" in Zoot Suit, Lupe returned to her sex for money roots, this time with a promotion to "Madam in house" in 1982's The Border.
Sadly enough, due to her increased age and faltering looks, Lupe was never able to recapture her glory days and was passed over the rest of her career, never getting to play a or maid again. In 2013, she took on her final role, "Obscure Mexican Actress Corpse" which promises to be her most believable work yet.

Well hopefully she was a better than maid, cuz as a maid she sucked. The best maid was that one in that Chevy Chase-Goldie Hawn movie who was supposed to make chicken pepperoni for the governor but had to leave to get her "foots screpped".
