No way. Thabeet's career numbers are way worse than Darko's. Milicic at least had 3 or 4 seasons where he averaged like 8 pts and 5 boards. Thabeet's career year was his rookie year when he averaged 3 and 3.. and Darko's never been sent down to the D-league like Thabeet.
Is it bad that I actually thought Darko was gonna have some sort of break out season in 2011 with the Timberwolves?

He got two out of 3.

Memphis is not going past the first round. They blow.
Denver isn't beating Memphis in the playoffs.

Alright, I'm gonna back away from my laughter at how pathetic the Lakers are for a second, and analyze this game objectively. As bad as it seems, Lakerfan, you still have a chance to pull out an upset win. I don't like the scoring balance for the Thunder, who've been primary reliant on Durant and Westbrook in the first half. If either of them hit a cold streak, it could initiate a Laker run. Aside from Durant and Westbrook (and maybe Martin), I'm not sure who else can step up for the Thunder with some much needed baskets if the Thunder big guns go quiet. In addition to that, a big positive for the Lakers is the way they've controlled the offensive glass.

On the Lakers side, I expect Dwight, as ty and simian as he is, to contribute more in the 2nd half, as well as Nash. Kobe will remain consistent. And of course, the parade to the free-throw line will continue, compliments of Herr David.

It's a massive stretch, actually, because the Clippers have the better record, have owned them head-to-head this year, and beat them in the playoffs last year.... Chuck is just a hater with ty takes, tbh... that being said, he's right that OKC has zero chance against Miami, but then again, that's the most generic take possible...
I think Memphis has a better chance of beating OKC or the Spurs than the Clippers tbh. Wouldn't be shocked if the Clipps take down the Thunder but I still give the edge to Memphis in a poss. matchup.

Now if the Clippers play Memphis in the playoffs, I'd probably take the Clippers. I'm basing my top 3 teams in the West as who has the best chance to reach the WCF and I'd give the nod to Memphis currently.

    Three problems with your theory:

    1) Dwight sucks major ass offensively. I don't expect him to do much with nut puncher back there waiting to swat his to the 13th row. 1-7 is pathetic for "the best big man in the game"
    2) Nash sucks major ass defensively and WB knows it. If he don't continue to exploit that TOSB, he's stupid
    3) All you need is a potent 1-2 punch and role players to do major damage in this league. Look no further than teams like Miami and OKC as evidence. The Lakers' _efense is putrid at best. Who exactly on the Lakers are going to stop them two young Gs from getting whatever they want?

Bonus: Jim Buss is a moron for not hiring PJ and hiring MDA instead.

    /end rant

Milicic had 10 years in the league of mediocrity, poutiness and poverty of play. Can't argue against Thabeet's suckiness, but it is still a bit too early to say that Thabeet is the biggest bust in the last 10 years even if he is indeed a bust.

Is Kobe really that much better at guarding Westbrook than Nash?
