The other thing I'll even admit he was right about was Dwight Howard being a loser who LA should stay away from, granted, it's not like Bynum is any better this year. He probably wouldn't be faking a knee injury if he was on LA though.

If they can make a trade for Howard after the season for somebody they truly desire I'd be fine with that. Otherwise, just let him go, take the money and make your choice. But, don't just make a trade to fill the card. But, they won't do that. Kupchak is vested in him.

It's sobering. They're married to Kobe, but, the marriage is strained and they want out, but, that path is distateful & they can't face it.
I just keep wandering back to the rape and the lost years afterward. That was the prime of Kobe's prime and it was wasted in a haze of shock, naked fear and utter regret. To their great surprise, ALL FAILED and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.
