6
If I'm lucky. But on most nights, I've got 8 or 9 of those dirty hoes lined up.
Its a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it![]()
6 seems to be the average so far.![]()
8 to 9 on average.
last week, I was going to bed at 9 and waking up at 7 but not so much this week.
Couple of years ago I was sleeping about 4 hours per night with an afternoon nap. Didn't know why I was putting on weight, till my doctor explained that my body was so tired my metabolism had slowed down to conserve energy. Just adding a couple of hours has made a huge difference in keeping my weight normal.
Between all the hotel, office, outdoor, and backseat sex, who has time to sleep?
6. I know I probably need 7.5-8 to be at my best, but if I can go to bed by 10:30.
I fall to sleep around midnight-ish and wake up at 5:15 AM. Take naps at my desk along the way.
Almost 8.
5-7 hours
anybody have a memory foam mattress?
no...I want my mattress to forget your mom the second she crawl out...
sleep number biatch
My sleep habits are horrible. And so erratic that I wouldn't even be able to attempt figuring out an average. But I know whatever I'm getting isn't enough.
5-7. I wake up at 4:55 AM and log into work.
My kids have Tempurpedics and they can sleep 12 hours easily. But they are teenagers so I'm not sure the mattress has anything to do with it.
yea i'm sure that mattress is stellar but teens can sleep for hours on a cardboard box lol.
i have a pillow top but looking for something diff.
i'm leaning toward memory foam.
